On 1 August 2025, the AHA Centre celebrated the success of two flagship initiatives supported by the Government of Japan through the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF): ASEAN-ERAT Phase III and ACE-LEDMP.
The Project Final Conference was attended by Mr. Chujo Kazuo, Chargé d’Affaires ad interim of the Mission of Japan to ASEAN; representatives of the Committee of Permanent Representatives to ASEAN; H.E. Joanna Anderson, Ambassador of New Zealand to ASEAN; and AHA Centre partners. The event aimed to bring together key stakeholders and partners to reflect on project outcomes, share lessons learned, and explore opportunities for future cooperation.
From strengthening rapid disaster response across ASEAN to empowering emerging leaders in disaster management, the ASEAN-ERAT Phase III and ACE-LEDMP projects have made a lasting impact on regional resilience.
