13 ASEAN-ERAT Members have completed the 2nd Level 2 Course on Information Management from 23-27 October 2023 in Pattaya, Thailand.
With enhanced skills in Information Management, they are now poised to play a key role in ASEAN’s emergency operations, supporting decision-makers with critical information for swift and life-saving disaster response.
The AHA Centre expresses its gratitude to the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) Thailand for hosting the training, facilitators from the ASEAN Member States, and partners United Nations OCHA and MapAction for co-facilitating the course. We also extend our gratitude to the Government of Japan for its continued support in strengthening ASEAN-ERAT through the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund.
