ASEAN Emergency Logistics Roadmap 2026-2030

The ASEAN Emergency Logistics Roadmap is a strategic guide to support the planning and implementation of logistics-related programmes and initiatives among ASEAN Member States (AMS) and within the AHA Centre, and to ensure that emergency logistics efforts are aligned with the broader direction of ASEAN’s disaster management priorities and the AHA Centre’s mandate.

This roadmap is a shared resource that aims to strengthen the region’s capacity to respond to emergencies through improved logistics preparedness and delivery. It is not only a guiding document for the AHA Centre, but also for all AMS in advancing a more coordinated and effective logistics approach in disaster management across the ASEAN region.
