Impact Study on ASEAN Disaster Management Capacity Building Programmes – Final Report

This report presents the findings of the Impact Study on ASEAN Disaster Management Capacity Building Programmes conducted from June to October 2023. The study, part of the “ASEAN: Strengthening Institutional Capacity of AHA Centre Project” (SICAP), funded by the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, aims to evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of ASEAN’s disaster management capacity-building efforts. It seeks to strengthen the institutional capacity of the AHA Centre, facilitating a comprehensive, integrated, and inclusive knowledge exchange on disaster management for the ASEAN community through the utilization of an e-learning system.
